After an extensive search on the websites of major retailers, including Saks, Bergdorf's, Neiman's, Nordstrom, et al, we decided to go to the source and called Christian Louboutin's New York boutiques. No dice.

There were a few pairs available on E-bay for upwards of $900. No thanks. Our recommendation: Go for the as-good-as-real knockoffs at Urban Outfitters. At $110, you'll feel better knowing you didn't drop close to a month's rent on the purchase. Otherwise, Saks.com has a nice selection of Christian Louboutin's fall collection. Also, Net-a-Porter.com has Miss Boxe Wedges with a wooden heel for $525. So go have at it!
