Material Girl

If you were a Lucky Star (like I was) and were fortunate enough to catch Madonna at the Fleet Center this week, you probably came away with two thoughts. One: Madonna is hot - at 47 years old she's a true specimen and her near-perfect body should inspire all of us to get to the yoga studio. Two: As an extension of the hotness, Madonna still manages to look uber cool in anything she wears. Her costumes - at least six in total throughout the show - were nothing short of awesome. And while most of her wardrobe was created by Jean Paul Gaultier and Yves Saint Laurent, here, getsugar attempts to track down some of the looks so you can recreate them on your own.

Booty Call
Throughout the show, Madonna sported great boots. She started out in a pair of black boots (as seen in this photo) and switched to a sumptuous pair of brownish red boots later on in the show. And, even with heels, her dancing never suffered. Just think of what you could do when you want to Get Into the Groove. For a similar style, check out Yves Saint Laurent Wild Suede Platform Boots at www.saks.com.

Velvet & Lace
From her Equestrian inspired lace-up blouse and skinny black pants to her cropped red velvet pants, red patent leather belt and a reddish brown motorcycle jacket, Madonna's style choices were a Ray of Light.

We found a lace top by David Meister - a very loose, and some would say Erotic interpretation of her look at www.neimanmarcus.com.

Also at www.neimanmarcus.com, a head-to-toe look by Nanette Lepore, featuring a regal-red silk top and wool cropped pants, would do its part to recreate Mrs. Ritchie's Music style.

Not to be outdone, Alexander McQueen has a skinny pants and red velvet blazer combo that anyone could get Hung Up on. Find it at www.bergdorfgoodman.com.

Staying Alive
For the disco portion of the show, Madonna channeled John Travolta in Stayin' Alive in an ultra-sleek white suit. We found a white cotton suit by Dolce & Gabbana at www.bergdorfgoodman.com

Dancing Queen
Finally, the dancing queen impressed us all and rocked a white unitard with lavender sparkles. Not sure you want to take that chance? Well, you can at www.americanapparel.com. Sporting their cotton spandex jersey unitard would be a true sign that you live on your own La Isla Bonita.
