In addition, we will unsubscribe some email addresses that appear to be inactive or unresponsive. Buying through getsugarReturns and RefundsSelling the highest quality goods and services from the best local merchants is what we're all about. The return and refund policies vary by each offer, so please read the return and refund policies for the offer carefully. In general and unless otherwise stated, for physical items, you have 10 days from the date of receipt of the item (if shipped) or 10 days from the date of purchase (if picked up from the store) to return the item for a refund from getsugar. Please ship the item (or return it in person) to the original shipper. For example, if the item was shipped from a store, please return the item to that store. Only if the item was shipped by getsugar, should the item be returned to getsugar. Sending the return to anyone other than the original shipper may cause the return period to expire thus preventing you from receiving a refund from getsugar. Once the item is received, the store will notify getsugar and getsugar will then refund your credit card for the purchase amount, less the initial shipping charge (if any). After the 10 day return period, any returns, refunds or exchanges are at the discretion of the store. In general, getsugar does not offer refunds for services purchased through getsugar. Any requests for refunds should be made directly to the business offering the service and will be subject to the policies of that business. ShippingThe shipping method is at the discretion of the sender. getsugar requests that each shipper notify getsugar of the date, shipping method and tracking number (if available) of each shipment so that getsugar can then notify the purchaser.
